Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman recently launched the Human Capacities Development Program (HCDP), one of the most important programs in Saudi Arabia’s future vision.

Why is this program, which contains so many initiatives, so important? This is because the program aims to build and invest in the human being, which is the essence of the functioning of any state and also its purpose and tool at the same time.

I mean, it doesn’t matter how tall the structure is, how wide the roads are, and how abundant the livelihoods are – it’s all worthless without the presence of a conscious, capable and enterprising human being.

Therefore, Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman explained the matter explicitly, as the Saudi News Agency reported. The Crown Prince said the program is “one of the delivery programs to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the program represents a national strategy to build the capacity of citizens at local and global levels.”

What is the goal of this program?

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, architect and supervisor of Vision 2030, guides us towards this goal, which is “to strengthen the capacities of the citizen in order to prepare him for the current and future labor market with capacities and ambitions that rival the world. , and this through: the inculcation and promotion of values, the development of basic and future skills, and the development of knowledge.

How is it possible ?

“By promoting values, developing basic and future skills, and developing knowledge”, as the Crown Prince specifically stated in his speech. It is an investment in the Saudi person who regulates his whole life.

The Crown Prince said: “This program has been developed to meet the needs and aspirations of all segments of society, from childhood through universities, colleges, technical and vocational institutes, and reach the market work, with the aim of preparing citizens for the future, as this helps to build a strong economy based on skills and knowledge and with human capital at its heart.

Most importantly, it is impossible for this program to be successful without instilling the values necessary to build this capable and competitive Saudi human being all over the world. The most important of these values are moderation and tolerance.

The text of the Human Capacities Development Program included the question: How does a Saudi person work in all environments of this world and compete with any human being in the world, as is the objective of the program, while it is closed in on itself and categorical in its opinion?

Therefore, the focal point is to work practically, and not theoretically, to instill these values in the public space – in education, media and public culture; in tolerance and again tolerance; and in acceptance and again acceptance, which are the key to building the personality of the active and interactive human being on the surface of this earth.

The picture becomes clearer when we reveal these meanings more vividly in the real world by showing the images of those who accept and reject it … We have to accept the various segments and sects among the people, while being proud of our cultural identity.

It’s great that the new Saudi agenda pays great attention to these values. The task of this remains on the shoulders of those responsible for disseminating education, media and culture as well as on all those who help to produce reason and opinion.

And therefore, we can start from here.
