The Labor Fund (Tamkeen) received the “Innovation in Employee Engagement in the Public Sector” award by GCC GOV HR Awards during the GOV HR Summit 2022 held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This award is a testament to the efforts of Tamkeen’s talent management department to ensure the highest levels of employee experience across the organization, which in turn positively reflects the organization’s productivity and customer experience.
