OZO Group, the largest human capital and outsourcing services company in Malta, is expanding its activities to Hungary after being chosen to be the professional partner of an international group in Budapest.

This is the first international mission of this type for OZO and is part of the Group’s vision to extend its services beyond the island’s coasts.

OZO Group CEO Fabio Muscat said, “We are honored to have been chosen to offer our services in the bustling city of Budapest. Our staff, trained in our accredited academy, have the skills to provide unparalleled service to our customers. Our vision is to consolidate our position as market leader in Malta, while expanding our horizons abroad.

The Group employs more than 3,000 full-time unionized employees who provide top-notch business services in the tourism, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

In 2016, a study by the London Stock Exchange identified OZO Group as one of 1,000 companies ready to inspire Europe. In 2018, he became a full member of the London Stock Exchange’s ELITE programme; an international business support and capital raising program designed to help ambitious businesses structure themselves for continued growth.

Muscat said the group was exploring a number of international markets where it could replicate the successful operation it runs in Malta.

“We are convinced that with appropriate and continuous investment in our human resources, we can reach and serve international customers in a professional manner, and forge a business relationship based on mutual trust.”
