A new Comptroller, Kemi Nanna Nandap, has taken up duty at the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos Command.

She replaced Abdullahi Dalhatu, the former command comptroller who retired earlier in the year.

A statement from the Command’s Public Relations (PRO) Officer, Louisa Amadiokoro, said that until her appointment, Nandap served as Comptroller in Charge of the Plateau State Command where she “leaved indelible marks of development of infrastructure and human capital“.

The statement implied that the new controller had served as Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) in charge of Area C.

Born on June 3, 1966 in the state of Zaria Kaduna, she did her undergraduate studies at the University of Ilorin where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.

Nandap had previously served in numerous commands and in different capacities, including the Officer in Charge (O/C) for Investigations and Compliance, the O/C of the Economic Community of West African States ( ECOWAS) and African Affairs and the Deputy Commander of Nasarawa State Command.

The others are the Lagos, Ogun and Anambra State Commands, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and the Service Headquarters in Abuja.
