The leading assessment of diversity management in American companies has elevated AIG’s rankings every year since 2018

NEW YORK, May 04, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–For the fifth consecutive year, American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) has been named one of DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity, the leading diversity management rating in American companies. AIG has raised its ranking every year since reaching the Top 50 in 2018 and rising from 37and at 32n/a take place in 2022.

The list reflects DiversityInc’s performance assessment in six key areas of diversity and inclusion management: Human Capital Diversity Metrics, Leadership Accountability, Talent Programs, Workplace Practices, suppliers and philanthropy.
